Success is Not What You Think

Lots of people want to be really successful. Success is often considered just being better than 99% of them all. Well, is it really that good? Let’s think about it.

What Makes Someone Really Successful?

Being more successful than almost everyone requires three things in your grasp:

  • A new idea that very few people have
  • Your idea must be right
  • You must work hard on your idea

Most people never have a new idea. Some people have new ideas, but they’re often wrong. Even if you have a good new idea, you need to work hard to make it happen.

It’s Not About Waking Up Early

There are so many videos that tell you that you have to wake up early, and you have to set goals and not get distracted. And it’s simply not true. Many extremely successful people don’t do any of that.

The Hard Part of Success

The toughest part about being extremely successful is seeing a good new idea that no one else does. You have to think differently and actually be right about it. That’s extremely difficult.

  • People may not like you because you think differently.
  • You will be wrong a lot of times before you’re right.
  • Being really successful doesn’t always make you happy.

Think about what success means to you. Make certain it’s what you really want; then you will be much happier with what you achieve.

Success is different for every person. Find out what makes you happy, not necessarily what makes you look successful in the eyes of others.
